About RayBer
We build in Prague and Central Bohemia. Since 2022.
RayBer s.r.o. has been running since July 2022, working for flat and house owners as well as public institutions. We do three things: interiors and finishing work, turnkey houses, and the restoration of historic and listed buildings.
We're VAT-registered (VAT no. CZ17326486), we build to Czech standards, and on listed buildings we stay in regular contact with the heritage authorities.
How we got here
July — the company starts
RayBer s.r.o. is entered in the commercial register at the Municipal Court in Prague.
VAT-registered from 1 July
We crossed the statutory turnover threshold and registered for VAT.
First listed buildings
We started working with the heritage authority. Facades of churches and cultural centres.
The 80th job
We finished our 80th job — interiors, turnkey builds and heritage restoration.
